JEZANO is a family owned and operated company based in Canada and led by its founder and chairman, Jamaican born, Wayne Isaacs.  The company was established to provide quality residential units to satisfy the ever growing need for affordable housing in communities across the island.  

As developers of premium affordable housing projects, JEZANO will oversee and manage the design and construction of entire communities, as well as the marketing of all the units we build to residents, the Jamaican diaspora and visitors.  

Although the housing units that we build are primarily to fulfill the affordable housing needs for first time home owners and young families in Jamaica, our homes are also suitable for returning residents, long term stays, foreign workers seeking work accommodations, and investors wishing to derive income from monthly rental or hosted vacation properties (such as Airbnb and Vrbo).
