Jamaica has been experiencing a tremendous shortage of affordable housing for the past 30 years.  JEZANO provides the necessary housing to those who are seeking affordable units in Jamaica.

At JEZANO, we have completed market studies that indicates the optimal customer satisfaction for affordable residential units.  As a result, and in response to the demands of the market, we primarily utilize one configuration, that being, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom as our basic design.  This will reduce cost and increase efficiencies during the sales and construction processes as well as increase customer satisfaction.

Depending on the size of our development project, the typical types of structures are precast structures.  Once we decide on the configuration and design of the homes to be built, the design specifications are sent to the precast manufacturer.  The precast manufacturer will then build the form of the precast models.  

In certain cases where we are building communities of 50 homes or less, we use traditional brick construction to ensure that we can deliver the most economically affordable "turn-key" housing units to our buyers.
